Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Home Care Caregivers. In this role, you will provide non-medical support with daily living activities, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

  • Support safe mobility and transfers within the home

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities

  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and maintaining a clean living environment

  • Observe, monitor, and document clients’ condition and overall well-being, reporting any changes to the supervisor or family in accordance with the care plan

  • Provide medication reminders only (no medication administration), as outlined in the care plan

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus

  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient with strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety guidelines

  • Must pass a background check

  • CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)

  • Ability to assist with mobility and transfers as required
