Founded with a deep understanding of the challenges families face when caring for loved ones. Agape Care Solutions was created to bridge gaps in everyday support, offering reliable, compassionate care while honoring the dignity and individuality of each person we serve.

We specialize in hands-on assistance with daily activities, including personal care, companionship, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and caregiver relief through respite services. All services are delivered by trained professional caregivers and are tailored to each client’s authorized care plan.

Agape Care Solutions proudly serves individuals and families throughout Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester Counties, supporting participants in the ACT 150 program as well as private-pay clients seeking trusted non-medical care.
