Position Overview:
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to our industry, along with the ability to create policies and procedures that ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an effective compliance program that aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with internal policies and legal standards.

  • Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and advise management on necessary updates to policies and procedures.

  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.

  • Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Prepare and present compliance reports to management and relevant stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance integration across the organization.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and external audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare sector.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the industry.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting complex information clearly.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
